Editorial

It takes more than training Lean or Six Sigma managers to become a successful company!

Today, companies or organizations have only one alternative:

Be successful in providing their customers with quality products and services, within deadlines while remaining cost competitive.

Innovate, by continually seeking and developing new value propositions for customers.

Having advised for over 20 years many organizations in multiples sectors, I’ve come to understand that corporate transformations required to become a Lean, flexible and proactive organization require a global strategy across the organization and a strong desire and ability from management and staff alike to work together and create more robust operational capabilities. Far from being merely a set of tools or projects, Operational Excellence is a journey, based on trust and teamwork, towards a new shared vision, towards flow management and efficient processes. It is the constant pursuit, which must be underpinned by new management systems, of permanently changing obsolete behaviors within the organization.

While not hard to understand, this approach is often difficult to implement. It requires to develop new perspectives and management modes within the value chains, and to replace traditional relations by more commitment, accountability, and by breaking down barriers and focusing everyone on the same objectives.

It is a dynamic and organic journey which will lead an organization to better develop and utilize its human talents, and improve its ability to learn, innovate and reliably and continually meet customers’ expectations.
We listen to you, we develop your people, we advise and coach corporate boards, managers and collaborators and we enjoy seeing people and organizations change and grow.

We believe in men’s and women’s natural desire to work and grow together…

We seek to establish and develop trust, partnerships and continuity with our clients.

We believe in hard work and diligence.

We share our know-how.
